1. Check that the set is turned on and showing a picture.
2. Press the menu button on the OEM remote.

Method 1

1. Set the television to standby.
2. Press MUTE on the remote, then 1, 8, 2, and then POWER in order.
3. If all went well, the service menu will now appear.
